Core Values Sistahood We are an organization that fosters an environment where women of all ages can build and form positive and productive relationships that encourages, empowers, and enriches the lives of other sistaz. Strength There is a saying “Whatever does not kill you makes you stronger” we as women particularly Hebrews aka African American’s have had to bear many trials and tribulations in our lives and through them all we come forth much stronger and wiser. Change We as women are responsible for our own change and before we can influence and impact the lives of another we must be first partakers of it ourselves. Change begins within. Change starts with self. Restoration There are challenges and/or circumstances that we women deal with in life; some good and some bad. It is the bad that sometimes cause us to become lost and broken emotionally, spiritually, mentally or physically; We are about mending the broken pieces to become whole. Integrity As an organization we will conduct ourselves in a manner where our honesty, reliability and trustworthiness WILL NOT be compromised. Accountability We are our “SISTAZ KEEPER” therefore no sistah should ever be without a support mechanism. We are here to be a service to you and your family. Community Service Our mission is to improve the overall quality of life for the woman and we will provide services to those who reside in our respective communities through outreach.
